What is a Morkishka?

This product is unique for Ukraine and Europe. The production of such healthy snacks has been established only in the USA, where about 170 million tons of peeled and packaged carrots are sold annually. Peeled carrots first appeared in US supermarkets in 1989 and immediately gained popularity among children and students, as well as among the adult population.

This is a special variety that does not have a bitter core and tastes sweeter than the usual fodder carrot variety

The process of making carrots

Every summer we disappear from the shelves to grow a new crop in one of the cleanest regions of Ukraine – in the Poltava region.

Sowing

Collection and delivery of carrots to the factory

From the ground, carrots go to the factory, where they go through many stages of cleaning and polishing.

Packaging

Each size of carrot has its own packaging. At the time of packaging, the machine also checks that nothing extra gets into the package

Delivery to stores

Carrots are transported in special refrigerator cars. When receiving the goods, the date of manufacture and the temperature of the carrots are checked.

Our equipment

Technologies developed over 10 years in the USA and Canada are the basis of cultivation, storage and production. Our factory for the production of healthy snacks from carrots is located in the Poltava region.

Since the product is unique, there are no ready-made cleaning and packaging lines for it. Specialists from various European countries worked on the creation of the production - the packaging line was assembled by Italians, the washing machine by Germans, and packaging by the Dutch.

Born to be juice

Weight 500 g, shelf life no more than 40 days at a temperature from 0° to + 4° C. Washed and calibrated carrots, distinguished by a unique taste, recommended for making juices. It is bred to be your favorite juice!

Morkovka

Weight 420 g, shelf life no more than 21 days at a temperature from 0° to +4 ° C. Calibrated, cut, peeled carrots, ready for consumption. Economical packaging is offered for the first time, for use in cooking and as a light snack for a large company.

Born to be juice Premium

Weight 1 kg., The storage period is no more than 40 days at a temperature from 0° to +4 ° C. Washed and calibrated carrots have a unique taste, are recommended for making juices, as well as for use in cooking. The unforgettable taste of any dish is our carrots!
